Your Shipment

Regular packages are proessed and shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment; express packages are proessed and shipped next business day. Packages are shipped via UPS or Canada Post, depending on your shipping choice and location. Shipping times will vary depending on your shipping choice and estimated transit times will be displayed at the time of order. The details of your orders, including tracking numbers (whenever possible), can be accessed through the "My Orders" link.     

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and your chosen method of delivery. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by your country related to the purchase of our products.

Special care is always taken by Massage Media when packaging and dispatching orders to ensure materials are well protected, however please note we will not be held responsible for damages to materials during the shipping process. If there happens to be damage to your order during shipping, please contact us and we will work with you on an acceptable resolution.  

Return Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund. Massage Media is unable to refund shipping costs for returns (unless the return is a result of our error). 

1. Please email info@massagemediaresources.com to inform us of the reason for your return / refund.  Please include your order reference number in your correspondence. 
2. If your return / refund is authorized, we will provide you with an authorization code and shipping address to return your order. 
3. Refunds will be issued using the method of payment used to purchase the original order.
